Dr. Phan graduated from UT Medical Branch in 2004 and completed his internal medicine residency in 2007 at the same institution . He has been serving as a hospitalist at Houston Methodist Hospital TMC for the past 9 years. He is board-certified in internal medicine. He is happy to see new patients in the clinic setting.
