Dr. Phan graduated from UT Medical Branch in 2004 and did his residency in internal medicine at the same institution. He has served as a private hospitalist at Houston Methodist Hospital TMC for the past 10 years. He is board certified in internal medicine. He is happy to take care new patients in the clinic setting.
